  14. PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM AND FEATURES

  16. OOS (occupational overuse syndrome) previously known as RSI 
  17. (repetitive strain injury) is an injury that is becoming more and 
  18. more common in today's computer intensive world.   OOS/RSI can be 
  19. very painful and debilitating if not treated early. With this in mind, 
  20. the best cure is prevention, though if the injury already exists, 
  21. it requires strict work methods to allow recovery.   
  22. Break Reminder can help achieve this.
